We partner with impact-focused corporates and foundations to take purpose-driven impact entrepreneurs through our proven programs to develop them into high performing drivers of change in their communities and beyond. Our goal is to help them bridge the challenging gap between start-up and scale. We also work with other accelerator and development programmes to apply our high performance approaches to human potential and wellness, building sustainable entrepreneurs and not just sustainable businesses.

The Further Fellowship is a growing community of 50 impact entrepreneurs from all over SA tackling a wide range of problems. Our Fellows benefit from a supportive community of peers, shared learning experiences and knowledge resources and on-going programming, coaching and development support. Participants of our partner programmes automatically join the Fellowship.

We also build capacity and potential amongst a wider community of changemakers through a curriculum of learning experiences and tools. We provide world-leading methodologies and peer-to-peer experience to individuals and communities who need them most. We deliver these tools through digital channels, a network of community partners and train-the-trainer programmes.
