This fair and ethical innovative financing tool offers an opportunity for students to borrow money to pay for their studies upfront. The students then commit to paying a fixed percentage of their future income to the ISA. The focus is on the future of work with strong employment pathways. This includes the STEM field, the care economy, artisans and ECD training. The aim of the innovation is to provide a sustainable solution to address the lack of funding in the tertiary sector, as well as tackle youth unemployment.
