AN AFFORDABLE AND SAFE E-HAILING PLATFORM THAT MAKES COMMUTING ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. Through partnerships with the minibus taxi industry, government, educational and financial institutions, this innovative solution introduces e-hailing benefits for people with disabilities. Using a WhatsApp plug in, commuters with disabilities can request their trip easily and conveniently and book a seat on a Loop minibus taxi to get to their destination safely. Drivers of the vehicles are trained to assist people to get into the vehicle, and they are stringently vetted. This platform addresses the need for reliable, affordable and tech-enabled transport that caters for those with disabilities.
