Our mission at FURTHER is to build stronger humans who build stronger communities. So, it's fitting that our latest assignment allows us to work with the people who literally build our communities.
We're proud to share that Allan Gray Makers has chosen FURTHER as its partner for the first stage of the StartUp Academy. We'll work with a cohort of 40 young artisans and collaboratively grow their entrepreneurial mindset and readiness. The goal is to help these young plumbers and electricians see themselves and their trade as a business, that can create sustainable value for their customers, their communities and themselves, while embodying the values and behaviours of ethical leadership.
Together, we believe that by empowering these young artisans with entrepreneurial skills and fostering a mindset of ethical leadership, we can not only elevate their trade to new heights but also contribute to the development of thriving and sustainable communities.
